This dynamic gateway development proposal illustrated Boston Residential Group’s vision for transforming the last block of Boylston Street where it meets Massachusetts Avenue, knitting the Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods together in a new and seamless manner. The solution called for integrating 360 Newbury with the development, allowing for a newly reconfigured and revitalized MBTA train and bus station.
