Boston Residential Group turned a historic warehouse in Fort Point Channel into modern loft condominium residences with a chef-operated retail restaurant.

The loft-style residences at 319A were the first for-sale product in the Fort Point neighborhood in 10 years. The units feature 14-foot ceilings, tall windows and historic brick and beam details in a 100-year-old former shoe factory. Amenities include a communal roof deck and resident storage. Oak and Rowan dining occupies the retail floor.
