Summary
A still unknown tenant will take over retail space at 360 Newbury Street in Boston. The building, home to Virgin’s Megastore and 54 luxury, loft-style apartments is owned by Boston Residential Group. Students in the area worry the new tenant will change the landscape and feel of what has traditionally been a hang-out for musicians and students from the Berklee College of Music.
