Summary
Boston Residential Group submitted a bid to develop land which currently includes the Big Dig Headquarters. The plan is to build three residential/office towers which would include 1,700 rental and condo units. The so-called Gateway Development Center would be built on 4 parcels near Kneeland Street. Boston Residential Group’s CEO Curtis Kemeny recently announced plans to buy the former Tower Records building at 360 Newbury Street and Boston.
