Boston Residential Group is close to signing a deal with Spanish real estate firm Ponte Gadea, S.L. to lease 46,000 square feet of retail space at 360 Newbury Street. Curtis Kemeny, CEO of Boston Residential Group, says the renovations and sales of luxury loft-style condos at the former Tower Records building has exceeded expectations. Only one of the 54 condos remains up for sale.
